Bet Wine Terms & Conditions – Complete Usage Terms in English

To use Bet Wine's services, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. You are not permitted to create or use an account if these requirements are not fulfilled.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register. Accounts opened by minors are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon discovery.
• Online betting must be legal under the laws of your country. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• During registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Each person may register one account only. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• Bet Wine reserves the right to reject any registration request.

You are responsible for the security of your Bet Wine account. Never share your password and always keep your login credentials safe.

• Keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out on your account by another person.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact Bet Wine Support immediately.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to any third party.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• If your account is inactive (no transactions for 12 months), an inactivity fee may apply.

Depositing and withdrawing on Bet Wine is simple and fast. Local payment methods are supported for members in Bangladesh.

Supported payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300. The maximum deposit amount is determined by your account's verification level.
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 2–10 minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, please contact us via live chat with your transaction ID.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Only one account per household, address, or device is eligible to receive bonuses.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bet Wine. All bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check everything before placing your bet.
• Bet Wine reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical issues or incorrect odds.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Once a match has started, odds in Live Betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are the ones that will apply.
• If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, Bet Wine will treat the decision of the relevant international sports body as final.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. Any account found doing so will be permanently closed.

Bet Wine is committed to ensuring fair betting at all times. If any member attempts to exploit a system vulnerability for an unfair advantage, the benefit will be voided and action will be taken against the account.

• Bonuses or winnings obtained in violation of the terms may be forfeited.
• Upon account closure, any valid real-money balance will be returned to the member, except in cases of terms violations.
